    My Life Story

    …began before the very foundation of this world.  Ephesians 1:4-6 states that "he chose us in him before the foundation of this world, that we should be holy and blameless before him.  In love he predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved."  I was dead in my trespasses and sin and followed the course of this world (Ephesians 2:1), and was by nature a child "of wrath." (Ephesians 2:3).  I love highlighting the "BUT"s in Scripture, and one of my favourite "BUT"s is in Ephesians 2:4.  It reads "But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ - by grace you have been saved." (Ephesians 2:4,5)  I cannot boast in my own salvation.  All glory goes to my Saviour, who saved me by His grace through my faith in Him.  It's His gift for His glory!

    God used amazing, loving parents to lead me to Him.  They consistently pointed me to Jesus for as long as I can remember.  I am overwhelmed by God's grace that led me to repent of my sin, confess Jesus as Lord, and know Him as my Saviour from a young age.  I have been blessed with the most beautiful woman in the world as my wife.  Proverbs 12:4 states that "an excellent wife is the crown of her husband" and my wife is further evidence of God's grace to me.  We have 3 amazing children; Avery, Callum and Reagan.  We long and pray for the day that they each confess Jesus as their Lord.  I love my wife and kids immensely!

    I joined the staff of Harvest after serving in various financial roles in the Greater Toronto Area at both privately-held and publicly-traded companies.  I'm thankful for the privilege to join the incredible team that the Lord has assembled at Harvest and I seek to glorify Him by fulfilling the Great Commission in the spirit of the Great Commandment.  I'm fired up to be a member of His Body and a part of this body of believers.
