    Automatic Faithfulness


    Your faithful giving is truly the foundation upon which our ministry is built. For your convenience and simplicity, Harvest Bible Chapel offers Online Giving through your Visa or Master card as well as a Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Program to have your contributions to our ministry automatically deducted from your chequing or savings account on a specified date or dates. 


    PAP - How the Program Works

    When you sign up, our accounting office will withdraw your pre-specified donation amount from your bank account weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Refer to the enrollment form for specific withdrawal days. This PAP will then appear on your monthly bank statement and will be recorded on the tax-deductible contribution statement we send to all donors of Harvest Bible Chapel at the end of the year.

    How to Make Changes or Stop Your Withdrawals

    Simply notify the church office in writing via or by dropping off written
    consent at the church office.

    Can I schedule recurring donations?

    Yes, you can specify whether you want your contribution made weekly, twice per month, or monthly.  You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it is possible to give monthly  as well as weekly concurrently.

    Which fund do I choose?

    When you give online, you will see funding options.  Pick the appropriate fund.  If you are contributing as part of your Be Strong and Courageous pledge, please ensure you choose 'pledge' when picking the fund.  If you want to contribute in addition to or separate of your pledge, please pick the Be Strong and Courageous fund.

    Will I still receive a contribution statement?

    Yes, we will mail your year-end giving statement directly to your home address.  You may also log in online at any time to view your own personal giving history.  Create an account today.

    *Please note:  When creating a new account it will require 1-2 business days to validate the account after which you will be able to login and donate to the account of your choice.

    What if I need to change my credit card information?

    You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution online at any time, including the credit card, date, frequency and amount.  Log in here.

    Is online giving secure?

    We've taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end.  It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
