1215 Lakeshore Rd - SOLD!

If you attended a service this past weekend you heard Pastor Robbie share the news that we have sold our existing church property. This is another significant step forward as the Lord leads us to our new facility!

Some details:

- The sale will close in late April

- We will remain in this location until we're ready to move - rent free for up to two years

- Until the close is complete that is the extend of the public information we are able to provide

For many, this news comes with mixed emotions as this church facility has been in place in various forms since 1963. Some of the staff grew up in this building and came to know Christ here. Lots of memories have been formed over the decades. Even in the past 7yrs of ministry as Harvest Bible Chapel, there have been some very significant moments for many of us. I am so grateful to the Lord for his provision for us as a church in this way.

So, what this means looking ahead is that we have a chance to begin construction in Spring or Summer of this year. Of course things can change but that is the best case scenario right now. If that timing holds up we quite possibly could hold our first service in the new facility by the Fall of 2012!
